What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter in the form:
- your name, company, email address and type of business
- travel dates, group size and the group details you describe
We do not use tracking cookies or advertising tools on this website.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare and deliver services for your groups. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and taking steps before entering into a contract.
Who processes it
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Resend delivers the enquiry email to our inbox.
These providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a contract requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@arcticnamaste.com. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
