Simple for you, calm for your guests. Here is what happens from the first email to the trip report.

Step 1: Send us your group
Dates, group size, ages, food needs and any activities already booked.
Use the enquiry form or email. A rough outline is enough to start.
Step 2: Get a plan and quote
Within one working day, with a clear day-by-day plan and net trade rates.
We adjust the plan with you until it fits your programme and budget.
Step 3: We host on the ground
Arrival, briefings, meals, activities and WhatsApp support throughout the stay.
You get updates when anything changes, so you can reassure your clients.
Step 4: You get a trip report
Guest feedback and photos you can use in your own marketing.
Useful for repeat bookings and for selling Lapland to the next group.

Before you send your first group.

Do you work directly with travellers?

No. Arctic Namaste works only with trade partners: Finnish DMCs, tour operators and Indian travel agencies. Your guests stay your clients.

What do your services cost?

Trade rates on request. Send us your group details and we reply within one working day with a plan and net rates.

Which languages do you cover?

Briefings and support are available in Hindi, Telugu, Nepali and English.

Can you work with the activity suppliers we already use?

Yes. We coordinate with your existing licensed operators, or arrange activities with ours if you prefer.

Can you support our own team in peak weeks?

Yes. We can work as overflow support alongside your own guides and hosts when you have several groups in Rovaniemi at once.

When are you available?

We are based in Rovaniemi for the 2026–27 winter season. Get in touch early for Christmas and New Year dates.
